Primary Residence Exemption

This program gives you a property tax exemption to help lower the amount of tax you pay on your home. If you qualify, you will receive an exemption on part of the assessed value of the home you own. The assessed value is the dollar amount used to decide how much you will have to pay in property taxes.

Utah Blind Exemption Program - Property Tax Relief

The Utah Blind Exemption program offers a property tax exemption (tax break) to help lower the amount of property tax you pay. You may get help from this program if you or your spouse is a homeowner who is legally blind. You must also own a home and pay property tax on it.

Utah Circuit Breaker Tax Credit Program

The Circuit Breaker Tax Credit program provides a credit for some of the property tax or rent you have paid. You may get help from this program if you are 66 years of age or older, or you are a widow and have limited income.
